Non-urgent advice: Are you a carer?

A carer is anyone, including children and adults, who looks after a family member, partner or friend who needs help because of their illness, frailty, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction and cannot cope without their support. The care they give is unpaid. If you care for someone, we can offer you additional support. For more information, including how to register as a carer, please click here.

Non-urgent advice: Staff Training

Please be advised the practice will be closed for routine appointments on Wednesday 16th October 2024 between 12:00 and 18:30pm . This is for staff training. For urgent requests during this time patients should please contact 111 and 999 for an Emergency.

Non-urgent advice: Living Well Immunisation Bus sessions Sefton

To support the increase in immunisation rates we have the Living Well bus in Sefton:

Ainsdale Centre for Health & Wellbeing on Monday 25th March 10.30 – 4pm

Please promote the sessions to anyone missing immunisations. Our focus at the moment is this age group.

The living well bus can offer all routine childhood and adult vaccinations

Parents can take the child’s red book but this is not mandatory as staff will be able to check immunisation status using access to CHIS data.

The practice will receive notification of immunisations given within 48 hours.

People can use the link https://www.cwp.nhs.uk/livingwellservice to CWP LWB for the complete schedule of where and when the bus is in areas across Cheshire and Merseyside.
